September Release #2

We made the following updates to Maecos.

Meetings

We’ve completely redesigned the Meetings module—from the list view to recurring series—to give you faster navigation, clearer controls, and fully automated scheduling. Here’s what’s new:

Toggle upcoming vs. past meetings

By default you’ll now see only your upcoming meetings—but a simple switch lets you view past meetings instead. Focus on what’s ahead, then flip back to review what’s already happened.

Modernized side-menu

We’ve restyled the meeting side menu with a clearer layout and updated icons. Jump between tabs—Agenda, Notes, Actions, Issues—without losing context.

Meeting Series

The meeting schedule

Instead of manually planning each follow-up, configure a meeting to repeat daily, weekly or monthly—just like in Outlook. Once set, new sessions appear automatically on your calendar.

Meeting series configuration

Customize tabs for one meeting or apply the same tab layout across your entire series. Use Manage tabs for individual sessions or Manage tabs for series to standardize every occurrence.

Save a note-taking template when you create or edit a meeting series. Every new session starts with your predefined structure—no more copying and pasting.

Upgrade note: Any meetings you previously linked with “Plan additional meeting” are now grouped into a series. Open the series settings to switch on automatic scheduling going forward.

Learning Management

Interactive qualification summary

The colored position summary on the employee qualification page is now clickable. Click the “Qualified,” “Expiring,” or “Not qualified” numbers to filter the skill list instantly.

Exempted skills are no longer counted as qualified—they’re simply excluded.

Smarter course-enrollment flow

When you exempt or manually qualify someone for a skill, the system will suggest cancelling any related course enrollments.

Also, you can now cancel enrollments in bulk via Training > Reporting > Training.

Documents

Generate a print version of any online document that includes title, version, category, plus print metadata (date printed and a QR code linking back to the live version).
