We’ve made the following updates to Maecos.

Introducing CSV Exports

In the Learning module, you can now export selected lists to CSV format. This allows you to extract data and process it using MS Excel or any data analysis tool of your choice. Notably, the export feature takes into account the active filters you apply. We will gradually roll out this functionality to other lists within Maecos, providing you with consistent export capabilities across the entire platform.

Logbook navigation

We improved the navigation experience for the logbook module, based on user feedback. Maecos will now remember the correct scroll position as you navigate through the log book feed and open entries of interest. This will save you precious time when catching up on the latest events.

  • Checklist names can now be customized before the checklist is started

  • Downtime module supports multi selecting rows using shift button in addition to ctrl/cmd multiselect

  • Introduced a permission to limit access to BOS entries

  • Inactive users are now properly indicated in the LMS module

  • Added tilted headers in skillmatrix

  • Improved production order sync background worker

  • Added checklist instance card to check detail modal

  • Introduced the ability to configure a check in such a way that the operator is forced to choose one of the pre-configured equipment before executing the check.

  • Introduced the ability to configure parameters on checklist definition level so that multiple checks can point to the same equipment parameter.

  • Introduced a new check detail window

  • Introduced the ability to configure a custom name when configuring checklist definition locations

  • Improved downtime recalculations

  • Fixed collapsed checklist sections and subsections that take up space

  • Fixed hidden flag in downtime reason select

  • Added workstation select for searching for issues in workstation

  • Improvee line name in line select

  • Added additional LMS notifications: date changed, classroom moment deleted, job training assigned, and enrollment failed.

Fixes

  • Fixed a bug in (enrolled) UserCourse after UserLink changes

  • Clearing asset id on reason deselect is not necessary anymore

  • Disabled split on no endtime

  • Updated split label to in progress while splitting

  • Fixed select all on extra loaded rows

  • Reasons codes are now properly ordered when justifying downtime

  • Fixed searching issue by equipment in downtime module

  • It is now possible to make changes to issues on downtime qualify form without closing the modal
