January Release #1 - 2024

We’ve made the following updates to Maecos.

In the previous weeks, we've focused on refining user experience and addressing various issues to ensure smoother operations within the platform. From introducing new components for user interaction to fixing bugs affecting core functionalities we brought you a lot of small enhancements.

Enhanced Checklist Permissions

To address the issue of unrestricted access to checklists and configuration, we've introduced a new permission group called "Checklists." This update includes granular permissions such as creating and editing checklist definitions and procedures, as well as starting checklists and procedures manually.

Customizable Issue Creation Notifications

We've added a new notification feature to alert users upon the creation of specific issue types. Configure notifications for reporters, assignees, and other recipients at the category or subcategory level to improve workflow efficiency.
