April Release #1 - 2024

We’ve made the following updates to Maecos.

We’re pleased to summarize our recent updates. Over the past weeks, we've introduced shortcuts for issue due date selection, improved OEE with new filters, and better linking between issues and checks.

Additionally, we've addressed critical bugs to ensure smoother performance, including fixes for checklist definitions, mailer service issues, and LMS dashboard updates. These enhancements and fixes are designed to make your experience more efficient and enjoyable.

Improvements

  • Improved UX for assignee filter.

  • Enhanced unauthorized page navigation. Users can now see the left menu and top bar.

  • Added new user properties for better data management. Includes Reporting To, Date of Hire, and Labels.

  • Updated detail page to show "Not Found" for deleted updates to avoid errors.

  • Added filter to show only checks with linked issues.

  • Enabled DMS documents to be used as LMS content.

  • Added shortcuts to issue due date selection (Tomorrow, Next Week, Next Month).

  • Added "View on Maecos" links to notification emails.

  • Updated name and description for 3 shift schedule to reflect five shift teams.

  • Added OEE improvements including asset filter and multiselect for reasons.

  • Added "Active" property to issue categories and subcategories.

  • Loosened equipment name constraint to allow duplicates within different parent equipment.

  • Restricted issue creation to selected users for specific categories.

  • Made column headers visible when scrolling in checklists.

  • Added scheduling points to checks for better categorization into shifts and teams.

  • Improved shift reporting by adding shift context to checklist items and new filters for reporting.

  • Enhanced linking between issues and checks.

  • Added permissions for team management in LMS.

  • Added active/inactive filter for learning hours.

Bugfixes

  • Fixed issue where unauthorized actions showed a "Page Not Found" error. Now shows "Unauthorized".

  • Fixed error caused by invalid dates in BOS list, which led to a white screen.

  • Resolved issue where meeting notes with images caused the mailer service to fail.

  • Fixed issue with non-matching workstations in checklist definitions causing duplicate checklists.

  • Resolved an error with downloading the skill report

  • Fixed issue with conditional checks overriding section collapse settings.

  • Prevented qualifications from being granted when all course content is deleted.

  • Fixed gaps in OEE downtime bar colors.

  • Ensured empty notifications are not sent for templates with empty translations.

  • Corrected state of the "Close action" button.

  • Fixed PMP deadline expired filter showing incorrect results.

  • Enabled recreation of (soft) deleted teams.

  • Fixed LMS dashboard updates not working properly.

  • Resolved issue with "mark as read" button reappearing in updates feed.

  • Fixed issue where users could not select issue subcategories.

  • Updated read confirmation modal for team leaders, including improved labels and context.

  • Fixed crash due to deleted enrollments.

  • Resolved issue where CourseContent was not marked as completed.

  • Corrected read confirmation dialog to show users based on the correct audience.

  • Fixed error in defect autocomplete within the "Link issue" form.

  • Fixed external login error handling.
