October Release #2 - 2024
We’ve made the following updates to Maecos.
Why Why Analysis

Our new Why Why Analysis feature has arrived, designed to enhance root cause investigations in manufacturing processes.
Key Features:
Interactive Problem Analysis: Conduct iterative root cause investigations by asking "Why?" multiple times, visually represented in a tree or flowchart format.
Evidence Attachment: Upload and link relevant data, images, or documents directly to each response in the analysis chain.
Collaboration Tools: Utilize the new sidebar for team discussions, comments, and suggested edits to the analysis.
Root Cause Identification: Mark identified root causes and add corresponding actions for resolution.
Integration with Issue Tracking: Seamlessly link Why Why Analyses to existing issues for improved traceability.
This new version replaces the previous Excel-based template, offering a more intuitive and collaborative approach to problem-solving in manufacturing environments.
