November Release #1
We made the following updates to Maecos.
Improvements
Meeting list UX improvements: Timing headers are now more visually prominent, and the meeting series icon is properly aligned for a cleaner look.
SCORM completion logic: Further hardened how we interpret mixed SCORM 1.2/2004 data. If a package reports 2004 as “incomplete” but 1.2 clearly says “completed/passed,” we now treat it as completed.
Custom issue fields: Files are now shown as clean thumbnails you can click to view in fullscreen.
File viewer stability: Prevents crashes when a file preview can’t be generated; you’ll now see a clear message with the option to download.
Bugfixes
Meeting side menu: Fixed an issue where resizing the side menu was difficult when it overlapped a meeting tab containing an external link (iframe). The menu can now be resized smoothly in all cases.
Dashboard widgets: Fixed an issue where KPI text overlapped the underlying graph, preventing interaction with data points and making the resize handle hard to use.
Expiring skill notifications: Fixed an issue that could cause duplicate notifications for the same expiring skill. Each recipient now receives only one notification per skill.
Meeting participants: Fixed an error when the same person was added twice. Duplicates are now merged automatically, with the last selection deciding their role (required/optional/informed).
Defect assignee rules: Fixed a bug that prevented logging issues when a category allowed both users and workstations as assignees.
