January Release #1
We've made the following updates to Maecos.
Improvements
Equipment autocomplete: Improved equipment search with more intuitive matching. Now supports searching by full path (e.g. using “>”), enforces word order for multi-term searches, prioritizes “starts with” matches for clearer results, and handles numeric searches more intelligently.
User skills overview: The Skills tab now also shows in-progress course enrollments that aren’t tied to any required skill, under a new Additional skills section.
New KPI's: You can now create dashboard widgets using data from Users, Qualifications, and Course Enrollments. Each topic includes multiple metrics; such as total users, average course enrollment cost, and number of expiring qualifications.
As always, metrics can be combined with filters to tailor your view and surface exactly the insights you need.
Improved filters: To make it easier to find exactly what you need, we’ve updated the list filters on several pages. Filtering is now faster and more consistent across:
Qualifications
Skill matrix
Settings → Users
These improvements align filtering behavior with dashboards and KPI widgets.
Bugfixes
Task Center production orders: Fixed an issue where production orders could fail to refresh.
Skill prerequisites: Fixed an issue where prerequisite requirements weren’t updated correctly in the skill matrix, which could lead to inconsistent prerequisite data when assignments changed. This release also includes a data fix to correct existing records.
Meeting status updates: Prevents unnecessary instance generation when updating the status of a meeting that was already finalized (completed/canceled).
