We’ve made the following updates to Maecos.
Releasing Maecos Updates - Your company feed
Today, we are introducing Maecos Updates – a feature-rich company feed designed to serve as a centralized hub for company newsletters, announcements, and crucial updates. This module introduces targeted and scheduled publishing, easy post creation, and tight integration with existing functionalities.
Company Feed
The feed displays posts in chronological order, with an option to pin important updates at the top. For instance, urgent plant maintenance updates can be pinned to ensure visibility. Color-coded categories can assist staff in quickly identifying the relevance of each post. Additionally, users have the flexibility to filter posts, such as selecting "Plant Visits" to access information about scheduled visits.
Targeted and Scheduled Publishing
Specify message recipients based on various criteria, including team, workstation, profile, or skill level. This feature is particularly valuable in larger manufacturing settings. For instance, you can inform only the assembly team about a change in the process or provide immediate notification to the quality control team about new compliance guidelines.
Publication options such as scheduling, read confirmations, and pinning are also available, offering granular control over message display and visibility. For instance, you can send time-sensitive safety alerts exclusively to the night shift team, ensuring relevant and timely information delivery.
Content Creation
The integrated message editor supports rich text, links, and background styles, providing a versatile platform for creating compelling posts. This functionality is especially useful for complex updates, where attachments or links to other system modules can offer employees a one-click path to additional information.
Understanding audience engagement is easier than ever with post analytics. Metrics such as views, likes, and comments are readily available, providing valuable insights into the effectiveness of your internal communications.

Resolved the issue of cancelling classroom incidents
Fixed the scorm screen size
Corrected LMS usercourse query issues
Fixed the refresh behavior of the LMS enrollment screen
Ensured that the LMS enrollment screen displays classroom status correctly
Added a link from the LMS enrollment screen to the classroom
Deleted generated evidence in the LMS when a qualification is generated
Resolved an issue related to changing classroom dates
Fixed the display of optional skills above required skills in reporting
Addressed the issue of approving course requests when enrolments are finished
Fixed the selection of equipment that was previously broken
Fixed the non-submittable checks view (added help text and disabled submit buttons)
Eliminated the presence of double qualifications in the LMS
Order.Details now displays BOM even without SKU
Fixed the retention of OEE filters
Corrected the setting of splitting status when updating start/end times
