We’ve made the following updates to Maecos.

Checklist Sign-Off & Downtime visualisation

The new Checklist Sign-off and Downtime Visualisation features now enable you to formally validate checklists, aiding auditing efforts and ensuring more accurate completion metrics.

Checklist Sign-off

You can now enable sign-off for individual checklist definitions. A specified list of users gains the ability to sign a checklist. Once a checklist is submitted, these users will find a dedicated "Sign-off" button in the checklist view. Note that as of this update, submitted or signed checklists can no longer be modified.

KPI metrics, such as the percentage of completed checks and compliance levels, are now prominently displayed in both the checklist view and the checklist list view.

Downtime Visualisation

On the checklist screen, a subtle downtime indicator provides context for when each check should be performed.

During the sign-off process, checks affected by the equipment's operational state—be it downtime or uptime—are highlighted. Reviewers can mark these checks as N/A en masse, ensuring that both completion and compliance metrics remain accurate. This feature is currently limited to scheduled checklists.

• Resolved the notification service cancellation error

• Fixed issues with updating bos forms

• Addressed the problem of starting a checklist that contains the same procedure multiple times

• Corrected the sending of skill expiration notifications, ensuring they are sent only when necessary

• Fixed a bug related to enrolling in courses through learning paths

• Rectified issues with the Reporting.Enrollments late-only filter

• Fixed the inability to mark the entire checklist as n/a in single checklist view

• Addressed specific material check issues

• Fixed missing mail notifications
