August Release #1 - 2023
We’ve made the following updates to Maecos.
Checklist Module Update

Today we are introducting two new features to the checklist module: Conditional Logic and Multiple Checklist View. These updates add a layer of adaptability to checklist sections and offer the convenience of viewing multiple checklist instances in a unified screen.
Conditional Logic
Earlier this year, we introduced checklist sections for added structure to complex checklists. Now, with Conditional Logic, users can set rules to dynamically display or hide sections based on the outcomes of previous checks.
For instance, a section could be revealed only when a prior check is marked as non-compliant, triggering additional queries or tests. Alternatively, a section can display based on a specific value or value range to assist in troubleshooting.
Multiple Checklist View

The update also includes the Multiple Checklist View feature. You can now select specific checklist instances and display them on the same screen. For added ease, an option in the checklist templates allows checklists to always appear together on the Home screen for grouped access.
The view is especially useful if you're managing several parallel processes, as it allows you to monitor the status of all associated checklists in one consolidated view. For short-term tasks, you can not only see the current checklist but also refer to previous ones for better context.
Task Center Update
We've also made adjustments to the Task Center. The task list now features three separate tabs for checklists, issues and actions. Each tab header includes a counter indicating the number of items in that specific list, making it easier to identify and prioritize tasks.
