We’ve made the following updates to Maecos.
We recognize the importance of handling sensitive information. To ensure privacy, we're introducing enhanced controls for sensitive data in issue types, like personal information, internal audit results or incident reports. These sensitive elements can now be selectively hidden from general visibility.
After enabling the option on any give issue category, mark any custom field as "sensitive," making its data visible only to authorized users.
The issue creator always has access to hidden fields.
Optionally access can be granted to the hierachical line.
Or define a specific audience to tailor access controls.
This update is part of our commitment to provide flexible yet secure data handling within our system, ensuring that sensitive information remains confidential and is only accessible to designated users.
