Mandatory fields

• Title (mandatory) - Name the organisation gives to the course

• Language (mandatory) - Select the language the course is given in

• Course kind (mandatory) - Select the language the course is given in

  • Internal - No external resources outside of your own company required

  • External - An additional optional field "external firm will come up

Optional fields

• Is active

  • Yes - One can start the course

  • No - One cannot start the course

• Publish in catalogue

  • Yes - One can find the course in the catalogue

  • No - One cannot find the course in the catalogue

• Has color overlay

  • Yes - System uses color of the can find the course in the catalogue (frist picture)

  • No - One cannot find the course in the catalogue (second picture)

  
• Content order required

  • Yes - Sequence is mandatory and employees need to be qualified on previous course content steps prior to be able to start the next in (first picture)

  • No - Sequence is not mandatory and employees can start any course content at any given time, with exception of on the job and classroom trainings (second picture)

  
• Price - Mention price of training

• Description - Describe the course. When left blank, nothing will be shown on the main page

• Objective - Describe the objectives. When left blank, nothing will be shown on the main page

• Skill - Select the skill a person will be qualified on when completing this course

• Is refresher - Indicates that this is a separate course that is targeted at qualified employees that need to catch up with version changes compared to their initial qualification.

• Needs approval - Employees can enroll, but require approval. This is often activated for external trainings or paid trainings

• Teamleader can approve - Allow teamleaders to approve participation to a course

• Deadline in months - Period you expect an employee to finish the course. If left open the student will have no deadline to complete this course.

• Certificate template - Dropdown selection of available certificate templates

• Media - Upload picture that's being used in catalogue

Prerequisites to get started

• Certificates (optional) - Create one or more templates via Settings › Skills & Training › Certificates

• Proficiency scales (optional) - Proficiency scales to be configured via Settings › Skills & Training › Skills
