Goal of Documents
Documents are the carrier of the current best approach. Formal and written knowledge, version controlled in a portal. They will help employees in explaining the bigger picture in policies to details and "how to" for specific tasks
Standard fields to Documents
Mandatory fields
Title (mandatory) - Each document has a title. This title is visualised in all the integrations with other modules.
Category (mandatory) - Each document need to be part of a category.
Owner (mandatory) - Each document will have an owner. Named or functional.
Individual users: Selection of individual users
Team members: Ownership given to specific teams
By profile : Ownership given to employees linked to a specific profile
In a profile group members: Ownership given to employees linked to a specific profile group
By position: Ownership given to specific positions (eg Quality Manager)
With aqcuired skills: Ownership given to qualified employees of speficic skills

Equipment (optional)
Workstation (optional)
