Immediate response and repair activities performed when equipment fails unexpectedly. Data captured helps identify recurring faults and improve preventive maintenance plans.

Recording and management of any unplanned release of materials to the environment. Includes immediate containment and predefined action list in the example below

Machine data notification

Automated event messages from production equipment indicating status changes, faults, or parameter deviations. Provides live input for performance dashboards and root cause analysis.

Safety Permits

Controlled authorization process for performing high-risk work such as confined space entry, hot work, or maintenance on energized systems. Ensures hazards are identified and mitigated before work begins.
