Basic functionality

Notifications

At certain triggers, notifications can be sent in-app or via mail to a defined audience. Triggers are explained in a separate section.

Task Center

Issues assigned to a person, will appear on that person's task center (home page). Issues assigned to a workstation, will appear on a person's task center (home page) with activated favorite work station.

Escalate to meetings

When issues need to be escalated to stakeholders, this can be done via the click of a button and flag issues in a meeting.

Actions

A field to note down actions is visible for each issue. Actions linked or initiated from an issue, will have the link to the issue as a context to the action.

Module "Issues & Logbook"

Issues

One can link issues to each other. To show context, a duplicate or to enrich an issue with a new workflow of (eg) root cause investigation or kaizens (in this example the last two are different categories)

From the down time module, down time events can be added to an issue. Bringing the quantification of the problem to the table

Module "Maintenance"

Maintenance Orders

Issues can be sent as a notification to your maintenance system. When this is converted into a work order, this will be visualised in the issue. Also planned work orders can be linked to an issue.

Module "Checklists & Planned Work"

Checks in checklists

Not compliant values can be accompanied with an escalation into the logbook or issue list. The check will be shown in the issue as a quick reference to the start of the escalation.
