Permissions

Issue Permissions

  • Can view all issues - Person will be able to see all issues that the person is authorized to see

  • Can view team issues - xxx

  • Can assign issues to workstations - Person will be able to assign issues to workstations, assuming this is allowed for the (sub)category

  • Can assign issues to persons - Person will be able to assign issues to persons, assuming this is allowed for the (sub)category

  • Can create issues - Person will be able to create issues, unless the person need to authorized to create specific (sub)categories

  • Can create link issues to other issues - Person will be able to link issues together

  • Can require root cause analysis - Person will be able to initiate the root cause analysis flow (link 5why's to an issue)
