Filtering

"Home" of all courses that are available for employees. Default filtered on "me", showing all courses that are relevant to you. These are either linked to your position(s), your additional training needs or acquired skills.

Showing all courses, will remove the filter and visualise all courses (that are made available in the catalogue - this is a preference setting in courses).

One can also filter on positions, learning paths, (multiple) skills to select courses.

Additionally, skill categories or qualification methods (self study, on the job or classroom) can be selected.

Color codes

When selected in individual course preferences, a color overlay will be shown. When greyed out, this implies they are part of the same skill with different proficiency levels and a qualification on a "lower" proficiency is required prior to starting this course
