Goal of skills

Skill are a basic building block of your training system. They are linked to a skill category and can (optionally) have a proficiency level. Qualification status of skills at personal level are visualised in personal qualifications. At team level in a skill matrix

Standard fields to skills

Mandatory fields

  • Title (mandatory) - Name the organisation gives to the skill

Optional fields

  • Skill category - Category of skill. Skills are grouped in skill matrices by category and also in the catalogue, one can filter on categories.

  • Proficiency scale - When set up in the admin section, one can

  • Expiration (in months) - Period after qualification a person needs to requalify. If left open the acquired skill will never expire.
