Course content options
To be qualified, a set of qualification methods is available.
Self learning
Document (from DMS) - Selection of documents from the document module / document management system (DMS). Latest approved versions will be shown as the training material for employees.
E-learnings (SCORM) - Uploaded or linked e-learnings help guide employees through the content.
Hyperlink (URL) - Hyperlinks to external references (webpages with relevant information)
Videos - Links to external videos (eg Youtube)
Uploaded document - When documents are not part of the document module, they can be uploaded directly to a course
Online exam (SCORM) - When no content is required and only an online quiz is required
Collective
Classroom - A classroom session with location, attendees, waiting list, etc. Possible dates, including locations need to be organised by the trainers.

Individual coaching
All of them have a standard checklist the trainers use to score specific requirements to pass.
On the job - Practical demonstration of skills during execution of a job. Supervised learning.
Feedback session - Used for high proficiency scales when you want to have a formal moment before qualifying a person. Often following a project or a series of standalone actions.
Offline exam - Method to flag that a simulation will be set-up and knowledge / expertise will be tested.
Course content
Courses thus become blended learning traject, ensuring consistency and bite-size steps to be qualified.
