Components

When you want to drive content at scale and don't want to fight with document formatting, online documents are the way to go. More details on the next page

Current text blocks

A non-limitative list of building blocks that can be inserted are the following

• Heading - Titles or headers, resulting in a clickable document content visual

• Paragraph - A text block.

• List - An enumeration. Numbered or with bullet points

• Link - External references via a hyperlink

• What / How / Why - Predefined component with irremovable fields to explain what, how and why

Depending on customer needs or new use cases, additional blocks can be created

Current media blocks

A non-limitative list of building blocks that can be inserted are the following

• Image - Ability to include pictures in a document

• Video - Ability to include videos in a document

• File - Ability to include files in a document

Depending on customer needs or new use cases, additional blocks can be created

Symbols

One of the components are symbols, that can be used to flag eg hazards, risks or mandatory PPE requirements and can be inserted similar to other components.

Note - A symbol category need to configured via Settings › Documents › Symbol Categories Similarly, symbols can be uploaded via Settings › Documents › Symbols
