NOTE: One needs to have the permission "Can edit own checklist definitions and procedures" to edit procedures someone is the owner for. This individual permission can be overwritten with "Can edit all checklist definitions and procedures"
Labels
Label - One can link labels to checklists, aimed at two reasons:
Better reporting as explained in reporting & dashboards
Quick filtering of checklists in both empty checklists (templates) and filled in checklists
Note: Labels need to be configured via Settings › Organization › Labels
Merge checklists on task center
When activated, all active checklists will be shown in a matrix on the taskcenter and visually shown as merged on the taskcenter
Newly activated checklists will appear in the same matrix / merged view. Submitting a checklist will remove the checklist from the merged view (given the checklist is no longer considerd active). And example is below with single checklist and a merged checklist (right)

When the checks are executed at different equipment, the equipment indication will dissappear from the table. However, all checks will still be logged to the right equipment as can be seen on the details:

Show KPIs during execution
Three KPI-tiles will be shown on top of the checklist during execution of the checklist
Completion - Percentage of checks in a checklist that have an entry
Compliance - Percentage of checks in a checklist that are compliant
On time - Percentage of checks in a checklist that are completed in the time-interval allowed for that check. Default this is untill the next check or closure of checklist. In other cases, the time period during configuration of a procedure in the checklist template will be used. Completing checks outside of the time window will impact completion, but not completion on time.
Requires sign off
One can choose to activate the four-eye principle and have someone to oversee submitted checklists. The employees allowed to sign off can be configured in the list

Schedule
This is the schedule the checklist will come up. On top, individual procedures can have a different schedule within or across checklists
Start manually
Start manually - The checklists can only be started manually. This checklist definition will not automatically close started checklists. To enable, enter the number of hours after a checklist is manually started for it to automatically close (e.g., 24 for 1 day).
Three-shift schedule (five teams)
Three-shift schedule (five teams) - This will schedule the checklist in three shifts Monday-Friday for 8 hours per shift. Starting daily at 6am, 2pm, 10pm. The schedule starts at Monday 6 am and ends at Saturday 6am. On Saturday & Sunday, shifts are configured to be 12 hours. Shifts will start at 6am and 6pm.
This selection will allow for weekly checks (procedures) to be configured at procedure level to come up in selected shifts during that week.
Day-shift schedule
Day-shift schedule - This will schedule the checklist every day 8am to 4pm
Every day - All days of the week (including weekends), this checklists will be scheduled
Specific days - Manually select the days you want the checklist to be scheduled
24-hour schedule
Day-shift schedule - This will schedule the checklist every day at 6am
Every day - All days of the week (including weekends), this checklists will be scheduled
Specific days - Manually select the days you want the checklist to be scheduled
Weekly schedule
Weekly schedule - Runs every week from Monday at 06:00 to the next Monday at 06:00.
Week to start in - First occurence will be on the selected date given it's a Monday, if not the Monday prior to the selected date will be the starting point.
Recurrence - Alter the schedule and choose to have this checklists to be scheduled every x weeks. eg. Every 12 weeks is a quarterly checklist
Monthly schedule
Monthly schedule - Runs every month from the first day at 06:00 to the first day of the next month at 06:00
Every month - Default, the same checklists comes up every month
Specific months - Select months the checklists needs to come up (eg seasonal checklists)
Auto-closure
The timeperiod that a checklist remains open for, before the system closes the checklist (and thus disappears from the task center)
