Updates can be sent to a target audience of employees "With required skills (skill need)" or "With acquired skills"

Create or edit issues @(sub)category level

Employees "With required skills (skill need)" or "With acquired skills" can be selected to create or edit issues of a certain (sub)category (eg First Aid Intervention reports)

Send notification for new issues @(sub)category level

Notifications can be sent to employees "With required skills (skill need)" or "With acquired skills"

Give access to sensitive fields @(sub)category level

Access to sensitive fields can be granted to employees "With required skills (skill need)" or "With acquired skills"
