Terminology Down Times

(DT) Category

• Definition - The down time categories are the high level availability losses, as shown on the page before. They are the basis for (corporate) reporting

• Examples - Available Unused Time, Planned Down Time, Unplanned Interventions,...

• Configuration - A category can be created via Settings › Downtimes › Categories

(DT) Subcategory

• Definition - The down time subcategories are one level deeper details, which will help to drill down in your reporting.

• Examples - Maintenance (Planned Down Time), Cleaning (Planned Down Time), Breakdown (Unplanned Interventions), Micro stoppages (Unplanned Interventions),...

• Configuration - A category can be created via Settings › Downtimes › Subcategories
